Shipping & Postage

Shipping is only available within New Zealand and to Australia at the moment. Some of my products have had trouble getting into Australia. If a product cannot be shipped to Australia, this will be made clear on the product description.

In the future, I hope to ship worldwide and I will let you know when that is, as soon as it becomes possible.

 

Shipping within New Zealand:

For most of my products I use A4 courier bags. A shipping fee of $6.50 is charged for these (there is an extra charge for rural delivery) and they accommodate most orders. Their target delivery date is 2-3 working days. For bulkier or delicate orders (i.e. body scrubs & bath bombs) I package these up in boxes and send via post. Depending on the nature of the order postage will vary. I calculate postage per order, and send a separate PayPal invoice in each case.

Shipping to Australia:

For Australian shipments, products are packed up in boxes to protect them and are sent via international air mail. Postage amounts vary as they depend on the weight of the products ordered. I calculate postage per order and send a seperate paypal invoice in each instance. Once sent via international post, orders can take between 10 and 14 days to arrive.

Dispatch:

Items are dispatched within 2 to 3 working days, upon receipt of payment for postage. This also allows me time to make certain products, if they are not available.

Most of my  products can be made to order, so are readily available. The one exception is my soaps (which take 6 weeks to cure). I will put a note on any product that is not available, suggest a suitable alternative, and indicate the date when it will become available again.

Local Orders:

If you are local, you can order your products and I will have them ready for you to pick up, from me, down at the Remarkables market on Saturdays (weather depending). In this case, there is no charge for shipping. If the weather is against us, then you have the choice of waiting for the following Saturday, or having me post the products to you, where a fee for postage will apply.

I am also happy for people to pop by my home and pick up products if they are passing. Just give me a call to make sure I am home first!

Seasonality:

I grow all of the herbs, flowers, plants etc. that go into my products, so sometimes certain varieties of product may not be available. This would be the case if I run out of something e.g. rose petals or my lemon tree has yielded all it will for the season! I will always post on a product if it is not available due to this, and will suggest an alternative.

Returns:

If you are not happy with a product, or I have sent you something incorrectly, then I will be happy to replace the product or offer a full refund. Let me know what the problem is and I will deal with it as quickly as possible.

I am a regular down at the Remarkables market at Remarkables Park, Frankton every Saturday (weather permitting).
